Transaction Info

1- County: Select the county where the property is located
2- Property Type: Click on the arrow Select the line which describes how the property is improved
3- Transaction Type: Click on the arrow
The 8th line down is used for a refinance if the existing loan is being paid off or if there is no existing loan
The 9th line down is used for a refinance where an existing mortgage will be consolidated with the new loan
When these three (3) selections have been made, click "calculate"

2 -If the home owner has purchased a title insurance policy within the past ten (10) years, they may be entitled to a reduced title insurance premium. The first box is asking you for consideration paid for the "vesting instrument". Another way of saying this is, "What was the purchase price?"

State Mortgage Recording Tax. It will indicate how much tax will be due and how much the Borrower
and the Lender pays.
